Inter Active Secret Agent File is a series of variable-plot books. These are some what different in the following way (most of this info is a bit sketchy and most of it is just a guess on my part)- these books are only available in the UK (but also Australia), they are a series of small books that the pages can be torn out (they are perforated) and be kept in a ring binder (the "funfax") along with a tape for each mission. This tape has information to help you solve the book. There appear to be 3 (maybe 6, not sure) books in the series, you could get 3 of them when you joined the funfax club. Extra items include a pencil and paper. I also have the "funfax" Spy File as well, it looks as there were lots of extra things (diary, tips etc about being a spy etc) that could be added to the file, I don't believe at this stage there are any choose your own adventure type add on for this. It seems that this "funfax" had lots of different subject matters and a different "funfax for each.

Ring of Thieves- As a member of INTER (International Elite Reconnaissance), proud, espionage-fighting organisation- you have been assigned this secret mission... 15th and 16th century masterpieces have gone missing around the world. The Rosewood Casket- an overpriced artefact nicknamed 'Pandora's Box'- has also vanished- could there be a link? Your task is to stop the thieves, recover the goods and uncover the plot. Play the mission tape and make your choices along the way. If the mission does come to an abrupt end, simply rewind the tape and start again at the begining of the text.
